Executive Health EVALUATION
The Cenegenics Age Management Program is highly individualized and customized to your particular needs. Our Program starts with an extensive Executive Health Evaluation. Prior to your Executive Health Evaluation, you will complete a Comprehensive Health Questionnaire and Personal Profile so we can learn as much as possible about you, your concerns, issues and expectations. You will undertake extensive blood work that includes over 90 different tests.
The Executive Health Evaluation includes your initial Blood Work and a 7-8 hour day of testing at our facility which includes:
During the Executive Health Evaluation a treatment plan will be formulated by Dr. Rosenstein that is designed to allow you to achieve your goals. It is likely to involve a nutrition plan, an exercise routine, nutraceutical supplements and potentially hormone replacement therapy. Once in the Program, you will have ongoing access to your Cenegenics Staff here in Arlington and Dr. Rosenstein.

- Lunar iDXA Total Body Composition Scan to determine total and regional % body fat and lean muscle mass
- Fitness Assessment with our Exercise Physiologist
- Mental Acuity and Cognitive Testing Evaluation
- Lunch while watching a Nutritional Video
- Consultation with our Nutritional Counselor
- Consultation with our Psychologist
- A 2-hour consultation with Dr. Rosenstein to cover your extensive blood work and comprehensive profile to develop a Personalized Treatment Plan.
